Our Cancelation Policy
Fleur Rouge requires a credit card deposit to reserve your
appointment. At least a 24 HOURS NOTICE of cancellation
and rescheduling is required for all appointments. Failure to
give adequate time or notice wu result in full charge of the
session. Please keen in mind that there are other customers in
need of services and therapy. Respectfully understand that
when you do not give adequate time for cancellations. the
therapist loses income, the business loses revenue, and other
clients in need are unable to receive treatment; all of which
may result in Inability to operate. We appreciate your
understanding. We will provide a confirmation reminder in
advance. This is a courtesy and should not be relied upon.
Guests are responsible for their appointments
ARRIVAL TIME
Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every guest. We kindly encourage that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. All late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged.

To ensure that our guests receive the entire spa experience we ask that children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa. In accordance with the state health code with the
exception of service animals bets may not be brought into the spa. We appreciate your understanding.
CHILDREN AND PETS
GRATUITY
It is the policy of Fleur Rouge to treat all gratuities at the discretion of the individual guest. A gratuity is left b a guest in recognition of good service by an institution. It is the
policy of the Fleur Rouge to respect an individual's right to use this discretion as applied to service gratuities as they are a personal choice and we do not include them in our rates. If
assistance is needed in calculating or distributing. We would be more than happy to comply. Your satisfaction is our pleasure, and we are always open to suggestions. Please let us know how we can better serve you.
